A beta request
Tell us what you do with documents. We are choosing people who handle disclosure sets, bundles or confidential files every day.
A problem
What you did, what you expected, what happened. If Endpaper wrote a crash file, Help, Package a crash report, gathers it into a zip and tells you where it is. Open the zip and look before sending: file names and paths can appear in it.
Not the document
Please do not send us the file itself unless we ask and you are allowed to. We do not need it and would rather not hold it.
Security reports
Same address, with SECURITY in the subject line. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We confirm receipt and tell you what we are doing about it.
Who we are
Endpaper is made by Alien Tech Services LLC, registered in Washington State, USA. A postal address appears on any invoice we issue and is available on request.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering a document. Your files are on your computer and we hold no copy of anything.
- Legal advice about disclosure, signatures or retention. We build the tool. Your lawyer knows your obligations.
